3. Purchases and Payments
- All fees are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
- Access to workshops, courses, or materials is granted only after successful payment.
- You are responsible for any taxes or transaction fees associated with your purchase.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Workshop registrations may be canceled up to 72 hours before the event for a full refund.
- No refunds are provided for no-shows or cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled session.
- For Toolbox Training or custom consulting engagements, refund terms will be specified in your individual service agreement.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session and will notify all registered participants as soon as possible.
5. Workshop Conduct
By attending a Wartime CEO event (digital or in person), you agree to:
- Maintain professional, respectful behavior toward other participants and hosts.
- Keep all shared business information confidential.
- Allow Wartime CEO to record sessions for internal review or future training unless you opt out in writing before the event.
We may remove participants who disrupt or violate these terms without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All workshop content, templates, recordings, and materials are owned by Wartime CEO and protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, resell, or publicly share any materials without our written permission.
You retain ownership of your own business information shared during workshops or consulting sessions.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client and participant information as confidential and will not disclose it except as required by law or as necessary to deliver services (e.g., working with trusted contractors or service providers bound by confidentiality).
8. Disclaimer
Our workshops and programs are educational and advisory in nature.
We make no guarantees regarding business outcomes, financial performance, or future results.
All decisions based on Wartime CEO content or consultation are your responsibility.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Wartime CEO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services.
- Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.
10. Third-Party Services
Our website and events may use or link to third-party tools (such as Zoom, Stripe, Eventbrite). We are not responsible for the content, privacy, or practices of those services.
